Non-irrigated hay vs. Irrigated Hay: What’s the Difference?

The main difference between irrigated and non-irrigated hay, in terms of your PRF insurance policy, is that each has a different county base value. However, both must have FSA designation as hayable ground before they can be covered by PRF insurance.
