Our story

“I’m a fifth-generation rancher, and I have spent most of my life raising cattle on dry land across Colorado, Nevada, and Utah. For my operation, the programs that we offer have often been the difference between making a profit and having to make difficult decisions like selling off cattle. I founded Redd Summit Advisors because I wanted to share the immense benefits of these programs with other ranching families throughout the United States.

I have kept ranching as the beating heart of Redd Summit Advisors. Our team understands the inherent risk that comes with running livestock, and we want to use our expertise to help you mitigate that risk.

Our in-house Agent Support Representatives (ASR) handle every aspect of your customer experience at Redd Summit Advisors! They answer your questions and inform you of how your policy is doing with detailed monthly statements. When renewing a policy, the team works with your agent to ensure that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. After you have signed a policy, they coordinate with you to compile all necessary compliance information and documentation.

Our agent support team offers you a clear source of communication, giving you an in-office, always available source of information for your policy. They care about your success and offer expertise in all aspects of the PRF and LRP programs.

GIS Mapping

In the office, our mapping team of Global Information Specialists (GIS) works to gather data about your operation’s land and compiles that into an accurate map of your land. How does this help you? At Redd Summit Advisors, we want your PRF policy to reflect your specific coverage needs. Our specialized mapping process is the first step in that process.

Our mapping, combined with state-of-the-art software allows us to create personalized, highly accurate PRF policies. The mapping done by our GIS team helps us to analyze the historic rainfall data for your ranch and show you where you are most likely to receive indemnity payments — helping minimize your operation’s risk. This helps your agent to work with you to determine where to place coverage for your policy.
