Aaron Orr

Aaron Orr was raised on a third-generation beef cow, row crop, and dairy farm. At the age of 16 he got a loan from the bank to purchase 20 cow calf pairs on his own. From that young age, he began to see the financial problems drought can create for a ranch. Aaron has seen first-hand where a PRF policy makes the difference between buying hay or selling cows. When Aaron saw the benefits this program can bring to others, it was an easy choice to start trying to help ranchers determine if it's the right fit for their operation too.
